Hi! I’m Lex (Alexandra Morgan). I guide women through the deeper, emotional work beneath the hunger — beyond bingeing, beyond the rules, beyond shame — so they can break the cycle, heal their cycle, and live in true alignment with their body’s wisdom.

I am a Menstrual/Perimenopause & Food Freedom Strategist, mentor, and educator who helps high functioning women break the binge-restrict cycle and feel deeply safe, seen, and sovereign in their bodies — without diets, scales, or shame.

When I walked this path I walked it alone! I had moved countries and I had one friend and when I told her I was depressed and I needed her, she disappeared. I don't want that for you. Everything changed for me when I surrounded myself with other people who wanted more. High-vibe people.

 

Forcing the diets and punishing myself, alone, didn't work for me and if its not working for you then come and do it with us. Together we rise up and make it happen!

Q: I’ve done a lot of food/body work already. How is this different?
A: This isn’t a set of rules or a new “method.” It’s a process of reconnection. We go deeper than surface strategies — into your cycle, your nervous system, your emotional patterns, and the unmet needs beneath the eating. It’s about understanding your body’s why, not managing your willpower.

Q: What if I’m still bingeing or not “healed” yet — can I still join?
A: Absolutely. This membership was created for exactly that moment — when you’re still in the messy middle. You don’t need to be “ready” or perfect. You just need to be willing to show up and get curious.

Q: What if I don’t have a regular period (or any period at all)?
A: You’re still welcome. While cycle awareness is one part of this journey, the heart of the work is body trust, emotional healing, and self-enquiry. This course will meet you where you are — period or not.

Q: How much time does it take per week?
A: Expect to spend 1–2 hours per week engaging with the material, but remember — this is your healing pace. There’s no falling behind here. The beauty is that all you have to do is show up and it will just happen. Thats the power of showing up for yourself and doing this with a community.
