Hello

If you’re here, you’re probably a high-achieving, busy woman who feels overweight, overwhelmed, tired, and confused.

You’ve done the right things.
You’ve followed the plans.
You’ve learned about nutrition.
You’ve tried to be disciplined.

And yet… you still feel like a stranger in your own body.

You might be wondering if there’s something wrong with your hormones.
Or your metabolism.
Or your willpower.
Or you.

I want you to know this first:

You’re not broken. And you’re not failing.

About Me

How I Got Here

I didn’t start this work with a perfect foundation for health.

I started with limited understanding of female hormones and tried every diet and exercise fad I could find — all in the hope of fixing my body.

Instead, I damaged my health further.

I grew up believing women were crazy — emotional, unstable, overwhelmed — and I was determined not to become one. (Focusing on what I don't want... not what I DO want!)

My mum was constantly stressed and impatient.
Emotions were suppressed with food and wine.
And I learned very early that coping meant pushing through.

I spent years in and out of doctors’ offices with painful symptoms that left me feeling miserable, confused, and defeated.

Despite doing “everything right,” my body was waving red flags I couldn’t ignore:

  • disordered eating and body dysmorphia

  • PCOS and CPTSD

  • a diagnosis of perimenopause and told to freeze eggs at 26

  • breakouts, weight gain, bloating, low energy

  • excruciating menstrual symptoms

  • hospital visits

  • brain fog and chronic overwhelm

  • embarrassing digestive and bodily issues

  • Skin rashes....

and that's just what I can remember all these years on...

The medical system couldn’t offer me answers that worked long-term.

And that’s when everything changed.

This lived experience, combined with my training in emotional eating, menstrual cycle work, NLP, Ayurveda and Matrix Therapies, plus a Post Grad Diploma in Life and Success Coaching, is the foundation of my approach.

The Shift

I discovered that the true path to wellness for women is different from the conventional approach we’ve been taught.

It wasn’t about more control.
Or more discipline.
Or another plan.

It was about:

  • understanding the female cycle

  • regulating the nervous system

  • addressing emotional trauma

  • slowing down instead of speeding up

  • and learning to listen to the body instead of fighting it

Ayurveda, inner work coaching, menstrual cycle awareness, and Matrix Therapies became the foundation of my healing — and later, my work.

As my body settled, so did my relationship with food.

As safety returned, the bingeing softened.

As I reconnected to my purpose, food stopped being the center of my life.

That journey is what I now help other women walk.

What I Do Now

I am an Emotional Eating and Menstrual Cycle Coach.

I work with educated, high-achieving women who have done everything right — yet still struggle with food, weight, control, PMS symptoms, or exhaustion.

My work sits at the intersection of:

  • nutrition (without obsession)

  • nervous system regulation

  • emotional and trauma-informed inner work

  • and female biology

Because for many women, food is not the real issue.

Food is where emotional pressure, responsibility, perfectionism, and old survival roles are being managed.

Rather than prescribing another plan, I help women:

  • create safety and calm in their bodies

  • process what’s been carried for years (often since childhood)

  • rebuild trust with food, naturally and sustainably

When safety returns to the body:

  • food becomes quieter

  • control softens

  • trust rebuilds

  • and health becomes something you live, not manage

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about understanding what your body has been asking for all along.

Who I Help

Women come to me dealing with things like:

  • emotional or binge eating

  • painful or disruptive menstrual cycles

  • gut issues, inflammation, food intolerances

  • rashes, headaches, anemia, histamine issues

  • body shame, anxiety, weight fluctuations

  • feeling disconnected from their partner or themselves

Often they’ve already tried:

  • doctors

  • dieticians

  • psychologists

  • specialists

  • challenges and programs

  • “just trying harder”

And they’re exhausted.

I work with women across the spectrum — from those recovering from severe eating disorders like bulimia, to women who can’t stop boredom eating, to those navigating perimenopause and hormonal chaos.

What Makes My Work Different

I intentionally remove the focus from food and appearance — because I believe that obsession is part of the problem.

Women often come to me wanting weight loss…
and are surprised to find they also heal:

  • perfectionism

  • control patterns

  • emotional suppression

  • chronic stress

  • Chronic illness

  • Chronic pain

  • Menstrual pain

The world tells women to speed up.
I teach women how to slow down — because that’s what the nervous system has been asking for.

Quick fixes keep us trapped.
True health sets us free.

My superpower is listening — deeply, intuitively, and without judgment — and helping women reconnect to their own inner authority.

I want you to feel seen, heard, safe, and curious about your body again.
