Hi, I’m Alex — and this is the space I created for women like you/us.
 
I used to binge... I had an unhealthy relationship with food since I can remember. My mum even said I was a hungry baby and I didn't stop eating... 
 
Interestingly, my family had the same issues yet they didn't piece the puzzle together. 
 
That was my life journey... I figured it out, now I see food as a resource and I have not binged in years. 
 
Food no longer consumes my thoughts!
 
There is so much more to it than diets and meal plans.
