Q: Do I need a regular cycle?
A: No. Irregular, postpartum, perimenopause, or coming off contraception—this still helps. We track your signals.
Q: What if journaling triggers my perfectionism?
A: We keep it minimum effective dose. Two lines can be enough. We prioritise nervous system safety and self-kindness.
Q: What if I miss a week?
A: Give 24h notice to reschedule within the month (space-permitting). No-shows count as used; we’ll still send a grounding micro-plan.
Q: Can this replace therapy?
A: No. It’s coaching + education. If deeper support is needed, we’ll signpost trauma-informed care.
Q: Do I need the Monthly Map Journal?
A: It’s ideal, but any period journal works. I’ll share my prompt pack if you don’t have one yet.
