Eat to Build Your Own GLP-1s
“I’m losing weight—but what happens when I stop the medication?”
You may be pleased with the weight you’re losing on a GLP-1 medication while still wondering how long you can afford it, whether you’ll regain the weight, and what will happen when it’s time to transition off.
The medication may have changed your appetite and blood sugar—but has your lifestyle changed with it?
This month is about learning how to eat in a way that naturally supports fullness, stable blood sugar and metabolic health. You’ll begin understanding what spikes your blood sugar, what may be contributing to insulin resistance, and how food can help your body produce more of the signals it needs to feel satisfied.
We’ll also challenge the belief that being healthy means giving up fun. Health isn’t a punishment. Feeling energetic, confident, clear-headed and free in your body can give you far more life than another night spent drinking, recovering or feeling uncomfortable in yourself.
This month you’ll learn:
-
How GLP-1 medications influence appetite and blood sugar
-
How food can support your natural satiety hormones
-
Protein, fibre, healthy fats and resistant starch
-
How to understand your own blood sugar patterns
-
Optional blood glucose monitoring
-
The relationship between blood sugar, insulin resistance and weight gain
-
How to build a lifestyle that supports your progress beyond medication
By the end of this month, you’ll…
…understand how to eat in a way that helps you feel full, stabilises your energy and supports lasting results—whether you’re using a GLP-1 medication, preparing to transition off one, or simply want to improve your metabolic health naturally.

Winter Seasonal Reset
“Why do I get sick every time the weather changes?”
You’re tired of losing weeks of your life to colds, fatigue and lingering illness every winter.
Many women don’t realise how much their food, hydration, sleep, stress and fasting habits may influence how resilient they feel through seasonal change. Winter is not necessarily the time to push harder or fast longer. It is a time to nourish, hydrate and adapt.
This month, we’ll look at how high-sugar foods, frequent eating, alcohol, inadequate hydration and a lack of nourishing fats may leave you feeling depleted. You’ll learn how to adjust your lifestyle as the weather cools so your body is better supported through winter.
This month you’ll learn:
-
Seasonal winter nutrition
-
Immune resilience
-
Warming, nourishing meals
-
Winter fasting and feasting strategies
-
Gentle 13–15-hour intermittent fasting
-
How to eat enough while fasting
-
Hydration and electrolyte support
-
Vitamin D, sleep and recovery
-
How sugar, alcohol and highly processed foods may affect inflammation and resilience
By the end of this month, you’ll…
…have a practical winter routine that helps you feel nourished, hydrated and better prepared for seasonal illness—rather than waiting until you’re already run down.

⏳ JUNE
Fasting for Women
“Is fasting safe for me—and which fast should I actually be doing?”
Fasting can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve experienced disordered eating, hormonal symptoms or a difficult relationship with food.
I understand that fear personally. Fasting did not initially feel natural or safe for me because I didn’t understand how it should change across the menstrual cycle, how much food I still needed to eat, or how many different forms fasting could take.
Fasting does not have to mean going without food for extreme lengths of time. Sometimes it simply means stopping late-night eating and giving your body a consistent overnight break so it has time to rest and repair.
This month is about removing the fear, confusion and one-size-fits-all advice. There is no single “perfect fast.” There are different approaches for different bodies, goals and stages of life.
This month you’ll learn:
-
The six different types of fasting
-
Short and gentle overnight fasts
-
Fasting around the menstrual cycle
-
Fasting through perimenopause and post-menopause
-
Weight-loss fasting
-
Gut-rest and repair fasting
-
Longevity and autophagy
-
Dopamine reset strategies
-
Optional blood glucose and ketone tracking
-
How to eat enough before and after a fast
-
How to recognise when fasting is not appropriate
By the end of this month, you’ll…
…understand which fasting approaches feel safe and supportive for your body, and feel confident giving your system the space it needs to rest and repair without falling into fear, restriction or extremes.

Home Detox
“Could something in my environment be making me feel worse?”
We will often go to the ends of the earth searching for answers.
Another blood test. Another appointment. Another scan. Another procedure. More waiting, more uncertainty and more money spent trying to identify what has gone wrong.
But how often do we stop and look at what we are exposed to every day?
Your health is influenced by far more than food. Plastics, fragrances, skincare, cleaning products, cookware, water quality and other environmental exposures may add to the overall burden on your body.
This month is not about becoming fearful, throwing everything away or pretending we can control every exposure. It is about identifying what is within your control and taking the simplest steps first.
Tests may help identify what is happening in your body. This month is about looking more closely at what may be contributing to it.
This month you’ll learn:
-
What toxic load means
-
Obesogens and hormone-disrupting chemicals
-
Plastics and food storage
-
Perfume, skincare and personal-care products
-
Cleaning products
-
Cookware
-
Water quality
-
Air quality
-
How to prioritise changes without becoming overwhelmed
By the end of this month, you’ll…
…have a clearer understanding of what is in your environment, which exposures may be worth reducing and which simple changes could better support your hormones, metabolism and long-term health.

Women’s Hormones
“Why are my hormones all over the place?”
“How do I need less medication?”
You may have been told that your symptoms are simply part of being a woman.
Painful periods. Missing periods. Mood changes. Weight gain. Fatigue. Perimenopause. Inflammation. Another prescription to manage another symptom.
But hormones do not exist in isolation.
Your menstrual cycle, metabolism, blood sugar, inflammation, stress, food and environmental exposures are deeply connected. This month is about helping you understand those connections so you can stop feeling at war with your body.
We’ll explore how lifestyle can support hormonal health alongside appropriate medical care, while giving you a much clearer understanding of what your symptoms may be communicating.
This may also become our second guided metabolic reset of the year, allowing you to revisit the foundations with a deeper understanding of your hormones and stage of life.
This month you’ll learn:
-
Menstrual cycle health
-
Perimenopause
-
Menopause
-
PCOS
-
Endometriosis

Hormonal symptoms

Stress, Recovery & Nervous System
“Is stress making me sick?”
“How do I need less medication?”
Stress is not only something you feel emotionally. It affects blood sugar, appetite, sleep, inflammation, hormones, digestion, energy and mental health.
Many women have been taught that they cannot manage their emotions or trust their own bodies. They’ve learned to stay busy, push through exhaustion and rely on medication without ever being shown how to process stress, regulate their nervous system or create space to recover.
This month is not about blaming women for needing support or telling anyone to stop prescribed medication. It is about helping you discover what else your body may need alongside it.
You’ll experience practical tools rather than simply hearing another lecture about stress. We’ll walk, rest, regulate, connect and practise together as a community.
This month you’ll learn:
-
Cortisol and the stress response
-
Stress and blood sugar
-
The physical effects of chronic stress
-
Sleep and recovery
-
Walking and gentle movement
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Processing emotions safely
-
Taking rest seriously
-
Sustainable stress-management practices
-
How lifestyle support may reduce the overall burden on your body
By the end of this month, you’ll…
…have practical ways to calm your system, create space for recovery and begin trusting that you can participate actively in your own mental and physical wellbeing.

🌼 OCTOBER
Lifestyle Design
“Why can’t I stick to healthy habits?”
“How do I need less medication?”
Two women can finish work at the same time and make two very different decisions.
One comes home, pours a drink, turns on the television, stays up late and wakes up exhausted—then repeats it tomorrow.
The other goes for a walk, prepares food, learns something, rests intentionally or creates time for something that genuinely matters to her.
Neither life is created in one dramatic moment. They are created through small, repeated choices.
This month is about looking honestly at the lifestyle your current decisions are creating. Not the lifestyle you think you should want. Not somebody else’s version of health. Yours.
Many women have spent so long caring for everyone else that they have never stopped to ask themselves:
What do I actually want my life to look and feel like?
We’ll identify the environments, routines and beliefs making healthy choices difficult, then begin designing a life that supports your physical health, emotional wellbeing and future goals.
This month you’ll learn:
-
Intentional lifestyle design
-
Habit formation
-
Movement that supports your metabolism
-
Morning and evening routines
-
Boundaries and empowerment
-
Managing overwhelm
-
Reducing television, alcohol and other automatic habits
-
Creating an environment that supports your goals
-
Identifying what you genuinely want
-
Turning small decisions into a completely different future
-
How physical and emotional health influence one another
By the end of this month, you’ll…
…have a personalised lifestyle blueprint built around the person you want to become—not a generic routine that only works when life is easy.
